The Revitalização da Atividade de Exploração e Produção de Petróleo e Gás Natural em Áreas Terrestres Program – REATE was cried by the CNPE Resolution nº 27/2019. The program goals are revitalized of exploration and production oil and gas activities at terrestrial areas in Brazil, economic and social development in local and regional Brazilian regions, and better conditions for the competitivity at Brazil onshore oil and gas industry.
Through Reate, the Mines and Energy Ministry would propose new police which support onshore oil and gas exploration and production activities and will create a favor conditions for diversify oil and gas companies and suppliers of goods and services to the oil and gas exploration and production industry.
The program was made for onshore oil and gas companies, suppliers of goods and services to the oil and gas exploration and production industry, local and federal authorities, universities, civil Society and associations.
ABPIP participates at Reate meetings call “Mesa Reate”, at those occasions the association sent ideas and made proposals for a better legal condition.
